Virtual - Weights and Measures Discussion Forums

We will be hosting upcoming discussion forums related to the Weights and Measures Program. These will be a opportunities to comment and discuss an upcoming Administrative Rules and adopted codes. The Weights and Measures Program has not updated codes since 2012 and we are attempting to clean up redundant language to make the Rules and codes easier to understand and follow.

We are also accepting written comments sent to: WeightsandMeasures@mt.gov until October 20^th, 2023.
