The Employment Standards Division of the Montana Department of Labor & Industry has published a new report on violence in the workplace. This report examines the prevalence and details of workplace violence between 2019 and 2023, analyzing the extent to which violence poses an occupational hazard to employers and breaking down trends by industry and occupation.
